WHAT IT’S LIKE WORKING WITH WINI
Wini specializes in working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loss, trauma, and attachment challenges. She has a particular passion for supporting individuals affected by racial or judicial injustice and other forms of trauma that often lack clinical acknowledgment or care. As a Nigerian American, Wini deeply values cultural identity and diversity. She creates a therapeutic environment where clients from all backgrounds feel seen, respected, and understood. Drawing from an integrative approach that includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strategic and Structural Family Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), she flexibly adapts to meet your specific needs.

TRAINED FOR EXCELLENCE
Wini works with individuals and couples seeking to heal from grief, rebuild trust, manage conflict, and strengthen relationships. She holds a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nyack College (Alliance Graduate School of Counseling) and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies. A friend recommended Healthy Minds to me, and I am so glad I gave them a try. They offer a free consultation to find a therapist who will match your needs, and I’m really pleased with who they recommended for me. They are very clear with the insurance and payment process.
