Keith Dixon, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist in New York City with the team at Healthy Minds NYC, located in Midtown East, Manhattan. With over a decade of clinical experience across New York and California, Keith specializes in helping individuals and couples untangle what’s keeping them stuck. He expertly helps clients navigate anxiety, relational patterns, ADHD, grief, spiritual uncertainty, or simply the weight of carrying too much for too long.
TRAINED TO GET CLIENTS RESULTS
Keith draws on a powerful combination of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy in treating clients. His approaches are grounded in both neuroscience and relationship systems. His training reflects a conviction that lasting change happens when insight is connected to action, and when clients understand not just what they’re feeling, but why.
