About Healthy Minds NYC

Therapy and Coaching for New York Professionals

OUR MISSION

At Healthy Minds NYC, we provide New York professionals quality mental health care, so they can build a life they love.

What if you were…better?

On most days, you’re okay. From the outside looking in, it might even seem like you’re doing great. But if you’re like most of our clients, inside you feel the tension. You sense there is another level to life you’d like to reach. But no matter how hard you try, you can’t advance. You are not moving ahead in your career the way you’d like and your relationships aren’t fulfilling. On a day-to-day basis it feels like you’re not having as much fun as you could.

So you try harder.

But it’s not working. The problem-solving skills and ingenuity you once used to reach this point in your career no longer give you the results you need. And much of what makes you successful at work does not help you get ahead in your personal life. In fact, you are beginning to suspect you might be getting in your own way.

We believe
better is possible.

If you want to live a more enriching life, therapy can help. Poor mental health is often the invisible barrier keeping you from the life you want.

Unhealed wounds from the past, dysfunctional patterns in the present, and lack of skills for how to thrive in the future are roadblocks on your path to a dynamic life.

Our team at Healthy Minds NYC is here to help you identify your blind spots and address your mental and emotional health so you can break through to the life you desire.

Healthy Minds NYC helps New Yorkers improve their mental health so they can live better, work better, and play better.
